excellent stay!

great location clean hotel comfortable beds soft sheets
the location was excellent. many restaurants and shops were within a short walking distance. underground and bus routes were close by. the hotel was kept very clean with comfortable beds and pillows. the sheets were very soft, and i found the air conditioning to be perfect for me.

The front desk staff was cute and accommodating. Gil stood out with a warm personality, always greeting me with a smile. the staff responded quickly to my needs. promptness and courtesy were consistent. the service was excellent.

The hotel is close to many theatres, shops, and cafes. I found this location very convenient for exploring the city. several tourist attractions are easily accessible from this spot. it offered easy access to transportation.

convenient location excellent service tasty selection thoughtful touch
The location was very convenient for exploring, being close to many attractions. i found the staff helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. the breakfast selection was abundant and tasty. a thoughtful touch was the complimentary water provided daily. It added to the overall positive experience.
i noticed the gym equipment showed some signs of wear, though it was still functional.

Lovely Stay at this Awesome Hotel!

delicious breakfast attentive staff
Location rocks! I walked easily to all the theaters and shops. The freestanding bath was so luxurious. Breakfast had such a huge choice of delicious items. Staff was super attentive at breakfast!

excellent quality quality food central location many choices difficult ac ac usage missing booklet sugar absence
i stayed in a superior double or twin room. the location near covent garden was quite good. breakfast had excellent quality food with a lot of choices.
the ac was difficult to use, though i eventually figured it out. i didn't see any booklet detailing hotel features anywhere in the room. there was also no sugar for coffee or tea, a small inconvenience.

excellent staff perfect location great breakfast unsatisfactory furniture poor cleaning limited storage
the staff were all excellent the location was perfect for my visit breakfast was also better than i had expected i walked to covent gardens the theatre and restaurants easily.
i found a pill on the floor of my room it showed that the cleaning is not very thorough the furniture selection is strange and sub satisfactory the shelves in the wardrobe are taken up with tea and coffee making equipment there is no other storage only a glass dining table.
